Booking
How far in advance should I request rentals?
As early as you can. Dates and quantities are confirmed manually, so more notice gives HD Party Supplies more room to confirm the best options.
Is my date confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Quote and date requests are pending review until HD Party Supplies follows up and confirms the details.
Pricing
Why are most rentals custom quoted?
Every event is different. Quotes depend on the rental list, quantities, date, location, pickup or delivery needs, and setup/styling support.
Are there any known fees?
Local delivery/pickup is listed at $25 within one hour of Owen Sound, setup/takedown is $25/hour, and linen rentals include a mandatory $25 linen care fee.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. Pickup/return and delivery/pickup options can be included in your quote request.
Can I get help with setup and takedown?
Yes. Setup and takedown help is available at $25/hour and can be included with the rental quote.
Rentals and care
Are items rented or purchased?
Items are rental-only unless HD Party Supplies confirms otherwise in writing.
Who is responsible for rental items?
Clients are responsible for rental items while in their possession. Damaged, missing, or stolen items may result in replacement charges.
Balloons and outdoor events
Can balloons be used outside?
Outdoor balloon decor can be affected by weather, heat, wind, and direct sun. Outdoor plans are reviewed before confirmation.
Are balloon garlands final sale?
Custom balloon decor and balloon garlands are final sale.

HD Party Supplies serves Owen Sound and surrounding Grey/Bruce areas, including Georgian Bluffs, Meaford, Wiarton, Sauble Beach, Port Elgin, Southampton, and Hanover by request.
